What is a Washing Lines?
Waste plastic washing line is one of the most important part in plastic recycleing process. The washing line consists many washing equipment including the machine that with high speed or using friction to wash the dirt or soiled plastic films into clean plastic for pelletizing, melt the plastic pellets or reprocess the plastic pellets. All the plastic pellets can then use as raw matereials in order to manufacture new products.
Bsically, the waste plastic washing line is with serveral core equipment that included granulator or crusher, squeezers, drying or mixing machine. That is to say, the washing line is generally with the system for washing, separation and drying for used, contaminated and mixed plastics. All materials will move by one machine to another through the belt or screw conveyors or hosing. Although there are different types of washing lines with different technology or designs, the general concept of the washing line will still remain the same.
